Changes to the capitalization of some letters made in the Talent Community XML are not saved

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Open Command Center
2. Open the Site Menu
3. Open Talent Community Setup
4. Make a change in the XML by modifying a lower-case character to an upper-case character and Save all
5. The save seems to occur (no error) but the change is not made when checking back (even after reloading site)

Such changes are not recognized as updates and the system thinks no update has been made. As a result, the changes are not reflected.

In order for Command to recognize a change has been made, another element needs to be modified on the form (in addition to the capitalization), and the superfluous modification can be  immediately removed.
