2609607 - Additional Information Text is not updated in SAP

Symptom

You use action ZMIV_VAR_ASYNCH_INFO_SAP (Send Additional Information to SAP) to update SAP case with an additional information. However the SolMan incident is saved but the text is not updated in the corresponding SAP case.

Processing log of Action shows:

Processing ASYNCH_INFO is started

Action could not be successfully executed
