2609783 - Error 716 reported when upgrade to ASE 16 SP03 with sybsecurity - SAP ASE

• Upgrade an ASE server to SAP ASE 16.0 SP03.
• The ASE server has the sybsecurity database installed.
• Auditing is set to off.
• The following errors reported during reboot:
  
  The transaction log in the database 'sybsecurity' will use I/O size of 4 Kb.
  Database 'sybsecurity' is now online.
