2609921 - E-Social - Handling pre hiring and complementary hiring on Employee central

You are configuring e-Social in you company to meet the legal requirements and have noticed that you cannot create different types of add new employee screens for pre-hiring and complementary hiring.

As a result you are not able to configure the pre hiring which only has  a few key fields mandatory such as:

• Company ID;
• National ID (employee);
• Birth date (employee);
• Hire Date (employee);

 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) - All Versions

 Not supported.

SAP Employee Central does not support different UIs for add new employee.

As a current workaround you can create the pre-hiring event and create onInit business rules for each portlet which will validate if the event is pre-hire then it will make all the other fields as non mandatory in the UI, the UI will remains the same bout you won't need to fill data which is not relevant for the pré-hiring process.
