2610317 - ITS error code 409 when parameters ~TRANSACTION and ~OKCODE are used at the same time

Symptom

When a custom ITS service is called where the parameters ~TRANSACTION and ~OKCODE are used as URL parameter or as GUI configuration parameters in transaction SICF, the following error occurs:

Conflict when starting service

What has happened?

Service call /sap/bc/gui/sap/its/... to transaction was terminated because : OK Code transaction <okcode> does not match transaction of service.

Note

The termination occurred with error code 409 and for the reason Conflict .

What can I do?

Please select an ok code that is permitted on this service at start time.
