Symptom
Reports are missing on Report Center after an instance refresh was done.
NOTE:
These are only for BizX Reports (Ad Hoc, Dashboard, Classic Reports). ORD reports/queries are not included as they need to be manually transferred.

Reproducing the Issue
Post an instance refresh, access Report Center in the destination instance
Resolution
- Please note that post BizX Refresh, the re-indexing of the reporting artifacts is required which will be taken care in the BizX instance refresh itself. This point stands true only when the Source Instance is on Report Center.
- Post refresh, if you are getting the blank Report Center, please confirm in your Refresh incident that Report Centr re-indexing is also comlpeted.
Even after the confirmation on the incident, you are not getting any report(Adhoc/Dashboards/Tiles) in Report Center, perform below steps:
1.) Go to Admin Center > Sync Report Center Search
2.) Fill up the Job Parameters similar to the screenshot below > click Start Sync
3.) Log out and login back again from BizX
If the reports are still missing after a sync was done, please open a ticket so that SAP Support can further check.
