2610862 - Software Update Manager (SUM) Error in step: RUN-CONTAINER-MIGRATION - Cannot find the migration status

Software Update Manager (SUM) fails with the below error in the step RUN-CONTAINER-MIGRATION:

Feb 27, 2018 1:31:28 AM [Error ]: The following problem has occurred during step execution: com.sap.sdt.util.diag.DiagException: Could not restart AS Java instance with name J2EE and number XX of the false system.
Possible reason: some of the online migrations didn't pass successfully.
Check the AS Java log files for details.

The following Error is thrown by the VM [java.lang.AssertionError: Cannot find the migration status for sap.com/tc~smd~ws~hostagent~monitoring]. ErrorQueueHandler will just trace it. The caller component should take care to process it properly.

N.B.: The name of the migration sda can be different than the one shown in error.
