2610873 - How To: Add the Field External Note to the Overview Facet of a Sales Quote

You want to make the field External Note available in the Overview facet of the Sales Quote.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Sales Quote view.
3. Go to the Overview facet.
4. In Adaptation Mode, try to drag and drop the field External Note from the header to the Overview facet.

Result: the field can not be dragged or dropped.

This is the expected behaviour.

The field can be copied from the Notes facet only and then you can paste it into the Overview facet.

1. Follow the steps 1 and 2 as per above.
2. Go to the Notes facet.
3. In Adaptation Mode, click the symbol for Copy in the field External Note.
4. Go to the Overview facet.
5. Click the symbol for Paste in a section.
6. Leave Adaptation Mode.
