2611009 - Option to go to Employee Profile or to add new Employees When Adding new User

At the end of a hiring process, the user have the option to go to the employee's profile or to add new employee when this is done through Add new employee.

However the same options are not available  when the hiree comes from Manage Pending Recruits

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Hire
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Manage Pending Hire

1. Hire from 'Add New Employee' Add the end of the hiring process you have the option to 'Add New Employee' or Employees Profile.

2. Hire from 'Manage Pending Hires' at the end of the hiring process you DO NOT HAVE the option to 'Add New Employee' or Employees Profile and you are directed to the Manage Pending Hires screen.

• The page will appear after hiring from 'Add New Employee' or 'Manage Pending Hires'  IF the hire is a draft
• If the new hire is added from MPH (coming from RCM or ONB) then the system will send the user back to  the MPH page without providing the option to navigate to the profile of the new employee.

Expected Behaviour - Engineering team have confirmed this to be an expected behavior.
