Symptom

Change Job and Compensation Information Missing from MSS (Take Action) Menu

Environment

Employee Central - Employment Information

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Navigate to effected Users Profile
  2.  Find that for Job Information, Employment Details and Compensation Information that permissions allow Editing of record via Pencil
  3.  However upon checking MSS (Take Action) Menu the Change Job and Compensation Information is missing

Cause

The User is not an EC User (System of Record).
Employment Details record was never imported for the effected user.

Resolution

To resolve an Employment Details record needs to be imported for the effected user.
