Symptom

When using VKM* transactions on SAP S/4HANA, system may terminate either with:

  • Short dump with runtime error SYSTEM_ABAP_ACCESS_DENIED
  • Error message "Transaction 'XY' cannot be executed (see SAP Note 2476734)" Message 00977
  • Error message "Requested function ENT1 is not available here"
