2611275 - DBA Cockpit reports error "ASE Error SQL12055...System call stati64 failed with error 3" - SAP ASE BS

Symptom

  • DBA Cockpit shows error message "Repair data collector!". Followed the instruction to Repair the Data Collector but same issue still exists.
  • Expand the detailed error message will see the message like below.

SQL statement: saptools..SP_DBH_FILESYSTEMS
Database: +++SYBADM
caused by
Exception CX_SQL_EXCEPTION in class CL_SQL_STATEMENT 
Kernel Error ID: 
DB Error: Yes
SQL Code: 12055 
SQL Message: [ASE Error SQL12055][SAP][ASE ODBC Driver][Adaptive Server Enterprise]System call stati64 failed with error 3.

  • Connect to ASE with isql and run "select * from master..monDeviceSpaceUsage", below error will be printed.

Msg 12055, Level 16, State 2:
Server 'xxxx', Line 1:
System call stati64 failed with error 3.

  • Some of the DB devices are stored in Windows mounted path.
