2611282 - Export to Excel Option Show Only the First Column on Ipad

When you use the option Export to Excel on Ipad App you see only the first column.

Cloud for Customer Extended Edition App

1. Logon on Cloud for Customer Extended Ipad App
2. Go to Tickets WoC
3. Click on the three dots icon
4. Select Export to Excel
5. In the new screen you see just the first column

This is an iOS behavior. The screen that appears when you select this option just open a preview of the document.

To see all the columns you need to open the file with Excel:

1. Click on Share button:
   
   
   
   

2. Select Copy to Excel:
   
   
   
   

3. Excel will load the complete file:
