Symptom

SUM hangs on step "Deploy Software Components" and the Log deploy_api.0.trc contains the following error:

[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.engine.services.dc.cm.security.authorize.AuthorizationException: ASJ.dpl_dc.003151 User Guest does not have permission for deploy controller.
