2611467 - SAP Web IDE Full-Stack is not loading

Symptom

Web IDE Full-Stack is not loading.

In the network trace there are several "401 – Unauthorized" pages and the console log shows the following:

"Uncaught SevereError: You are not authorized to work with SAP Web IDE.

Make sure of the following:

<li>You entered the correct username and password.</li>

<li>Your account administrator has enabled principle propagation in your account. See the <a href='https://help.sap.com/viewer/825270ffffe74d9f988a0f0066ad59f0/CF/en-US/07fb625d733042c2aba443adaf32b7ff.html'>documentation</a>."
