2611785 - Connection via Solman remote ASE database to DBACockpit fails - SAP ASE for BS

Symptom

  • Attempt to set up Remote DB Monitoring for SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE).  
  • After the correct ODBC and DBSL drivers are downloaded and applied, connection fails to find libsybdrvodb.so, with error:

       M *** ERROR => DlLoadLib()==DLENOACCESS - dlopen("libsybdrvodb.so") FAILED
       "libsybdrvodb.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" [dlux.c 550]
