2611828 - Error in DEFINE-TARGET-SOURCE step： *.SCA is not a valid SDA or SCA file

After providing stack.xml file to SUM, it fails with below error message in DEFINE-TARGET-SOURCE_x.log

*Here UDDI15_0-20009928.SCA is just an example, the error could be with other *.SCA files
