2611868 - PY-BE: Belcotax Overwrite Hiring Date 2.055 field (external employees)

• In very special cases only, like when having external persons working with status active in the system as from a certain date, you may wish to declare to Belcotax the 'real' hiring date, when this external person becomes an employee.
• In both cases, the personnel number has in IT0000 field stat2 = 3, active. Therefore the Belcotax report will consider as hiring date the first date as active in the system. When he/she was an external, non yet an employee.
• You may want to overwrite this date.
