2612049 - After Windows OS upgrade SMP 3.0 is failing to start

Symptom

  • After upgrading the operating system from Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter to Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter the SMP server is not starting.
  • The SMP server log shows:

    2018 03 01 18:15:33#0-500#ERROR#org.osgi.service.log.LogService###org.eclipse.virgo.medic.log.osgi.OSGiLogServiceListener@7d352355########Bundle com.sap.mobile.platform.server.mobilink.integration_130.13.4.0, FrameworkEvent ERROR org.osgi.framework.BundleException: The bundle "com.sap.mobile.platform.server.mobilink.integration_130.13.4.0 [354]" could not be resolved. Reason: Missing Constraint: Require-Capability: com.sap.mobile.platform.server.mobilink.integration.native
