User is getting blank screen while accessing Dashboard and Analytics (ORD) page
Environment
Dashboards, Analytics, Reporting
Reproducing the Issue
Login to the instance
On the Homepage dropdown, select Reporting
Page does not render and displays blank
Cause
The error is due to the page being loaded in compatibility mode which does not support the javascript object Set. The page is expected to load in standard mode.
We do not support IE10 or lower. So loading the page in a version lower than IE11 standards mode will not be supported.
Resolution
IE browser version should IE11 or higher is the recommended version to be in use for the reporting tools.
