Symptom
Fields are not appearing in directory search results export screen.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile
Reproducing the Issue
-
Go to Directory Search
- Do any search
- Select one or many of the results
- Click Export
Resolution
All fields that support export are listed in the dialog regardless of your permissions to view the data. If you choose a field to which you don't have permission, no data is shown for that in the export file.
