2613111 - Error 'Business Partner XYZ is not an account, so no account team possible' During Replication

You receive the error message 'Business Partner XYZ is not an account, so no account team possible' during replication of Business Partner and/or Business Partner Relationship.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Administrator work center and select Web Service Message Monitoring.
2. You see a failed message with the error "Business Partner XYZ is not an account, so no account team possible".

You are using a relationship that is supported only for accounts. Usually this error occurs when you use the relationship 142 'Employee Responsible (Sales)' between a contact person and an employee.

In SAP CRM on-premise it is possible to make this relationship. In SAP C4C this relationship is only supported between an account and employee.

System is working as designed. The relationships available in fine tuning activity 'Party Role Definition' can only be used for accounts.

You have to create or use a different relationship.
