Synchronization groups are randomly failing to sync, with the following error messages:

ERROR DataServices Thread-xxx [com.sybase.vader.da.jdbc.JdbcDSExceptionBuilder] ... com.sybase.vader.da.jdbc.JdbcDSExceptionBuilder.newDSException:35 - Building DSException with supCode = 412 and sql state = 23000
ERROR Mobilink Thread-xxx [com.sybase.ml.sup.Logger] [-10279] Connection was dropped due to lack of network activity
SQL statement took longer than 5000 MS ([<5000 MS): UPDATE DEVICE_CONNECTIONS SET IS_CONNECTED = 1,COMPUTER_NAME = '<ComputerName>' WHERE USER_DEVICE_ID = <DeviceID> AND CONNECTION_NAME = 'S2D'
