2613431 - Mass Change affects Employees on Leave of Absence

• Why do Mass Changes also affect employees who are on a Leave of Absence?
• Is there a way to exclude employees who are on Leave of Absence from Mass Changes in the system?

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Cloud
• Employee Central

1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to manage Mass Changes
3. Create a new Mass Change and Create a New Employee group

Result:

In the Exclusion Section of the Employee Group, notice there are no options to filter by Employee Status

This functionality does not currently exist in the product
