2613566 - Error: No System Alias found for Service ‘AGS_DSH_META_DATA_SRV_0001’ and user ‘<user>’ - Solution Manager

Trying to load Change Control Management Analytics or IT Service Management Analytics but tile will not load
SICF shows AGS_DSH_META_DATA_SRV service is activated
HTTPWatch Professional shows error:
500 http://<server:port>/sap/opu/odata/SAP/AGS_DSH_META_DATA_SRV/$metadata?search...
500 http://<server:port>/sap/opu/odata/SAP/AGS_DSH_CURRENCY_VP_SRV/$metadata
Transaction /n/IWFND/ERROR_LOG shows error: No System Alias found for Service ‘AGS_DSH_META_DATA_SRV_0001’ and user ‘<user>’
