Time spent is not being captured if the user does not finish the course by selecting on of the AICC wrapper options.

Resolution
This is the current system behaviour, LMS tracks the time spent through wrapper when user clicks agree or disagree options.
For the number of Attempts, the count will increase every time the user launches the course.
