How to set up a different workflow other than the approval workflow while cancelling a time off leave request.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

• In Time Type configuration if the field 'Activate Cancellation Workflow' is set to Yes, then on cancelling an approved leave request the the same workflow which was triggered for the approval process will be followed.
• The requirement is to trigger a different workflow for the cancellation of leave.

1. Set the value of the field 'Activate Cancellation Workflow' in Time Type to 'Yes'.
2. In the workflow rule attached to the Employee Time object, add conditions as shown in the below screenshot:

PLEASE NOTE: We do not recommend using the Approval Status in the workflow rule to determine the workflow configuration. The final approval status will be set only after the workflow rule has been triggered.
