2613665 - Error while retrieving data message in Resource Monitoring

Symptom

When accessing the Resource Monitoring page on NWA, the following message occurs:

Error while retrieving data. Before using Session Management Administrator: Check whether sap.com/objectanalyzing service is started. Check whether tc/je/trace/app application is started.

The application and service mentioned in the message are started.
In the defaultTrace files, the following exceptions occurs:

[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.engine.services.jmx.exception.MBeanServerClusterException: Exception during invocation of remote MBeanServer method, target node: XXXXXX
Caused by: java.io.NotSerializableException: com.sap.itsam.session.management.model.SAP_ITSAMJavaEESessionData

[EXCEPTION]
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Node(FloorPlan.EmbeddedApplicationInst/SessionMngt.AggregatedSessions, class="com".sap.tc.lm.itsam.ui.session.mngt.sessionmngt.wdp.IPublicSessionMngt$IAggregatedSessionsNode): index out of bounds: index=0, size=0
