2613671 - Restrict supplying plant for STO in ME21N. ERP and S/4HANA

Symptom

In transaction ME21N, you need to restrict the entry of the field 'Supplying Plant' (EKKO-RESWK) in stock transport orders (STOs) to certain plants. You tried to use authorization object M_BEST_WRK(Plant in Purchase Order) but the system restricts the plant only under Plant field (i.e. the receiving plant) and not at Supplying Plant level.
