2613788 - SP06: Alerts are not visible in Alert Inbox & BPM initial screen shows grey while the metric has a rating

Symptom

  1. You have configured some monitoring object/s and you can see a yellow/red rating in Business Process Operations at metric level but no alert appears in Alert Inbox:

2. In Business Process Monitoring application the intial screen shows grey eventhough the metric has a rating.
