2613797 - VAT Reg Number (STCEG) is not populating automatically in FB60

Symptom

The field (STCEG) VAT Registration Number is not getting updated automatically in FB60 after filling in the field Reporting Country (EGMLD) in vendor data, even though it is getting updated in FB70.
