Symptom
- Running “lmstat -a -c” does not show a number of licenses used and released.
- The utility programs are not coping with the word e.g : “ADMINISTRACIÓN” "special character" in the name in the NOTICE field of the license file (specifically the Latin capital O with an acute).
- lmutil lmstat -a -c 27100@license-iq-2.xxxx.xxxx there are not a number the licenses used and released.
lmutil lmstat IS NOT written to SYBASE.log
