2614076 - Bank Details Fields in C4C Accounts

• You are unable to find Bank Details fields for Customers in C4C.
  
  

• SAP Cloud for Customer 
  
  

1. Go to Business Analytics work center. 
2. Go to Design Data Sources work center view. 
3. Search for the source name 'Account Details'. 
4. Click on Preview. 
5. You will be able to see the following fields Bank Account Holder, Bank Account Number, Bank Name, Bank Account Valid From, Bank Account Valid To. 
6. You want to know where these fields are located in UI in C4C.
   
   

• The bank details fields in the data source are deprecated in C4C. 
• We are/were not able to remove them because of compatibility reasons.
  
  

• It's currently not planned to support "Business Partner Bank Details" in C4C standard in the future.
