2614185 - How to view cascaded goals in a Goal Plan - Goal Management

This article provides an explanation on how cascaded goals are viewed in a goal plan.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

Log into the system and a new goal appears on the goal plan with an alert "Objective has been cascaded by"

Note: This alert can be cleared

1. Go to Home 
2. Go to Goals 
3. Select a Goal 
4. Choose "Cascade"
5. Select a user
6. Cascade the Goal

If you cannot view to whom the goal was cascaded to in the goal plan, set this view by selecting aligned up or aligned down options in the display drop down.

For this example, this goal was cascaded from the EM (Employee Manager) to the E (Employee) therefore it was aligned down:

1. Display Dropdown
2. See below this image has this Alert turned off
3. Enable this feature
4. See Alert below

To see more details on the goal a manager has cascaded:

1. Click the Action button
2. Click "view object detail"
3. View all the details as marked below
