2614259 - KW407 no prices could be determined for a time sheet entry (Cloud)

When you maintain an entry in the 'Manage My Timesheet' app, you receive the error "internal error occurred, contact your System administrator" and KW407 "no prices could be determined for object activity type".

Maintain an entry in the 'Manage My Timesheet' app, and you will receive the error "internal error occurred, contact your System administrator" and KW407 "no prices could be determined for object activity type".

The sequence for Cost Accounting (Application CA) does not find the rate.

Please check if there are any valid cost rates for the task entry that you are trying to make

Please check SAP Note 2332748.

The note has an attached PDF 'Supported Key Combinations' which describes the access sequence for Cost Accounting (Application CA). The maintained cost rates without cost center but with personnel number are the first valid entries in the access sequence. This should explain whether or not a cost rate can be found for a specific  posting.
