Symptom

When creating an Intercompany Booking Business Rule with the ID of ICTEST within BPC 10.1 for NetWeaver web page, the error message "ID: 'ICTEST' is Invalid" or "Accounts not found in application XXX" is being generated and the Business Rule cannot be saved.
