2614298 - DSI EXEC WARNING #5091 with Error #339 from HANA - SRS

Symptom

  • Heterogeneous Replication from ASE to HANA, with High Volume Adaptive Replication (HVAR) enabled. 
  • MSA (Database level) set up without using table replication definition (repdef).. 
  • HANA DSI connection randomly received the following WARNING messages:

WARNING #5091 DSI EXEC(127(1) HANADS.HANADB) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(4944)
A transaction for database 'HANADS.HANADB' failed. It will be retried 3 times. The data server error received (#339) is mapped to RETRY_LOG or RETRY_STOP.

  • Error #339 can stop or slow down the replication.
