Symptom

  • SAP Replication Server (SRS) environment using High Volume Adaptive Replication (HVAR) for Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) and Real-Time Loading (RTL) for SAP IQ.
  • Performance degradation and increased latency after changing the Replication Path.
  • Before:

        ASE_Primary --> SRS HVAR --> ASE_Target  --> SRS RTL --> IQ 

  • After:

        ASE_Primary --> SRS RTL --> IQ
