2614385 - Sales Org Changes During Inbound Sales Order Replication

When replicating a Sales Order from ERP to C4C, you notice that the Sales Org value has changed.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Create a Sales Order in C4C with Sales Org XYZ(Sales Organization ID).
2. Replicate the Sales Order to ERP.
3. Inbound Replication from ERP to C4C gets triggered.
4. Sales Org value changes in C4C from XYZ to XYX.
5. Org changes can be checked in changes tab in Sales Order.

Party Role determination is maintained during Inbound Replication in Business Configuration --> Sales Order Activity-->Involved Parties.

To avoid this behavior, you have a column on Business Configuration > Overview > Sales Order > Maintain Involved Parties > Sales Org: Inbound Replication. Here, you have to set "Exclude", to prevent the redetermination.
