How to configure the Performance History portlet in People Profile to show ratings from specific Performance Management templates.

Resolution
Full Profile of Latest People Profile
- Performance History: Allows you to view an employee's performance history based on Performance Management and 360 Reviews forms. It contains overall ratings on the employee's performance, potential, competencies, and goals, and also average ratings on individual goals.
- Configuring Performance History Card for Full Profile
- Go to Admin Center > Configure Latest People Profile > Full Profile > Performance and Goals.
- If you only need to change the visibility of the Performance History card for all users, select or deselect Visible on Full Profile on the card, and save your change.
- To view all the available configurations, select the pencil icon (Edit Performance History).
- Under the General Information section, configure the following:
- Visibility: Visible on Full Profile: Decide whether to show the card for all users.
- Card Help: Provide a brief description to guide users on the displayed data and its usage. The help content will be available on the card and its detailed page.
- Under the Content Configuration Rating Sources section, configure the following:
- Form Templates: Select at least one form template to display ratings from forms that are based on those templates.
- Include In-Progress Forms: Decide whether ratings from in-progress forms are displayed.
- Under the Content Configuration > Rating Scale section, select a rating scale. This is used to normalize ratings from different forms. Please note that the rating scale needs to be at least of 2 rating levels. If you choose a rating scale with 1 level only, the Performance History block will not show any data.
- Under the Content Configuration > Visibility for Overall Ratings section, decide whether form status, due date, and different overall ratings are displayed.
- Save your changes.
- User Permissions
- The following permissions under User Permissions Performance:
- View Overall Ratings from Forms - Allows users to access the target population's Performance History card and view the Overall Ratings table.
- View Goal Ratings from Forms - Required if you want to show users the Goal Ratings table.
- To allow users to open all forms that are listed in Performance History, you must select Allow users to view details of forms that have never been in their Inbox in Performance Management Feature Settings. Otherwise, they can only access forms that have been in their Inbox at least once.
- The following permissions under User Permissions Performance:
- Note: The legacy People Profile tools such as Processes and Forms, are not used in Latest People Profile.

NOTE: Choosing the correct Rating scale in important as selecting the Default Rating Scale option from the list in the card configuration will result in the page displaying no data.
Legacy People Profile
One of the Scorecard portlets is the Performance History portlets. This portlet will display the link to the forms, due date and the following rating types:
- Overall Performance
- Overall Potential
- Overall Competency
- Overall Goal
The data to be displayed in the Performance History portlet will be filtered according to what was configured in the Scorecard Process and Date Range
Data Model Configuration
- The portlet has to be configured first in an instance's data model
- If you do not see the Performance History portlet as an available portlet or block in Configure Employee Files or Configure People Profile respectively, please contact your Implementation Partner to request the portlet be configured in your data model
- Below xml code for background element Performance History will be added in the data model

Processes and Forms Setting
- Go to Admin Center > Reporting and Analytics > Processes and Forms
- Create or edit an existing process and select the form templates to show in the portlet
- In the section Rating Scale Settings (Required), select the Rating Scale to use in the portlet
Configure People Profile Setting
- Go to Admin Center > Configure People Profile > General Settings
- On the right panel, go to Talent Data Settings
- Set the date range
Note: This range will only show forms that have an End Date within that period. It will not show forms that have an End Date equal to the later date endpoint
- Set the process for which data will be included
- Check the Include in-progress forms box to show in progress forms
- Click Save at the bottom
If using Employee Profile V12, please follow these steps:
- Go to Admin Center > Configure Employee Files
- Scroll down to the section Rating Sources for Scorecards
- Set the date range and select the process
- Check the Include in-progress forms box to show in progress forms
- Click Save
Note: Portlet type Performance History, which retrieves information from other parts of the system, was designed to have just the predefined fields, therefore it is not possible to hide or add fields.
Performance History Portlet for inactive Employees
- If a user is set to inactive without the removal of their in progress or completed forms, their Performance History Portlet will still show up empty. Once the user is rehired, the data will populate again.
- Or, you can enable Person-Based Performance History Block to display inactive user's performance history record. Procedure: Company System and Logo Settings > Enable Person-Based Performance History Block.
- Inactive employees' data will not be updated by imports.
Required Permissions to show Performance History Block on the People Profile: To view overall ratings in the Performance History block, users must have the Employee Data permission for the sysScoreCardPerfHistoryPortlet element.
