2614627 - "Accept Match" Button Grayed Out in Manage Pending Hires

You are trying to complete the hire of an employee coming from Recruitment in the Manage Pending Hires tool, but the accept match button is grayed out.

1. from Admin Center open manage pending recruits
2. Choose the employee you would like to rehire, click Recruit
3. On this page make sure date of birth and name are the same as their previous employment record
4. After National ID information, click Continue, this should trigger a duplicate check popup as the user is already found
5. You notice the "accept match" button is grayed out and therefore you are unable to continue.

Check Termination Effective Date on the last employment's record

1. Go to my employee Files
2. search under inactive users for the user you are trying to rehire
3. Look at their job information records, namely their termination record.
4. Check that your rehire date is after the termination effective date.

Example: if someone is terminated on 30th December you need to make sure that the rehire date is set for 31st December at least. If you are trying to rehire someone on the 28th December the 'accept match' button will remain grayed out as you cannot rehire someone who is not yet terminated on that date, so it will create a new/separate employee record.
