SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2614684 - Introscope EM does not start due to wrong ELF data format

Symptom

  • Introscope 10.5\10.7 is successfully installed on Solaris OS but after installation the EM does not start.
  • The error found in Introscope logs is the following:

3/06/18 11:59:47.337 AM MET [ERROR] [main] [Manager] The EM failed to start. /var/tmp/librocksdbjni8441345954209439860.so: ld.so.1: java: fatal: /var/tmp/librocksdbjni8441345954209439860.so: wrong ELF data format: ELFDATA2MSB (Possible cause: endianness mismatch)
3/06/18 11:59:47.350 AM MET [INFO] [main] [Manager] Shutting down the Isengard server
