Symptom

User is developing custom Fiori Client on Android device and is not able to view .MSG files as attachments.  Instead they are receiving an error message: No Viewer This file cannot be shown. Please install an Android app that can display this file type. application/octet-stream   The same file can be viewed on IOS devices.
