2614749 - Application error when emailing a offer letter as a PDF - Recruiting Management

An application error occurs when emailing an offer letter to a candidate as a PDF.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

1. Go to a candidate and select offer letter.
2. Select an offer letter template and click next.
3. Preview the offer letter and select "Email as PDF Attachment".
4. Select an e-mail template and an application error occurs.

The application error is being caused by a data issue with the e-mail template.

Go to the e-mail template, copy it and paste it into notepad. From notepad copy the e-mail template back into the system and save. This should fix the data issue and stop the application error for that template.

Alternatively copy the e-mail template and select "Paste as plain text".
