2614865 - Save PDF is not available in Print/PDF under People Profile

• Missing "Save PDF" option in Print/PDF Feature.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

KBA: 2206500 - Print / Save as PDF in People Profile

Step 1: Go to People Profile > Take Action > Print/PDF

Step 2: Select desired block or all sections

Step 3: Click Preview and "Save PDF" is not available.

In the pass versions of the instance, users usually encounter several issues in generating the PDF Files as explained further in  KBA: 2396462 - Clarification on Print PDF option from People profile. Upon confirmation of our dedicated team this Feature has been removed and proposed to use the Native Browsing Printing which corrects the issue.

Note: Print PDF Option (*any tool) will be based/depend on your Native Browsing Printing configuration, if the option is not enable you may reach to your I.T Team.

Browser Used for testing: Internet Explorer 11

Step 1: Go to People Profile > Take Action > Print/PDF

Step 2: Select desired block or all sections

Step 3: Click Preview and "Print"

Step 4: Printer Wizard will pop-up and from there you may select " Microsoft Print to PDF" > Print

**Note: The option/availability can be different for every browsers.
