This article explains how delete a candidate profile from RMK.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Resolution

  • There is no manual deletion of candidates in RMK
  • The candidate should be deleted on the RCM side.
  • After removing a candidate from RCM, a process called Remove PII is triggered in RMK. This process is responsible to delete the candidate profile in RMK and takes 72 hours to complete.
