2614973 - After enable SAP Host Agent Outside Discovery the LMDB does not reflect correct Outside Discovery data supplier status - SAP Solution Manager 7.20 SP06

After enable the SAP Host Agent Outside Discovery described in note 2556432 in a SAP Solution Manager 7.20 SP06, the LMDB does not does not reflect correct Outside Discovery data supplier status.
2556432 - Switch Outside Discovery from Diagnostics Agent to SAP Host Agent

The symptoms that:

1) The message 'Supplied by Outside Discovery' is not shown in the LMDB host definition. The picture below shows an example where the message is usually shown:

2) The LMDB data supplier information shows message 'Information is outdated, but supplier registered as expected' for the Entity Type 'Host'. However in the host definition itslef it is possible to see a recent automatic data supplier update. The following picture describes the warning message:
