2614976 - LDAP request message is not sent from SAP TM to SAP EWM

Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM or TM component in S/4HANA) direct integration with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM or EWM component in S/4HANA) based on EWM Transportation Units.
  • SAP TM Freight Document - Freight Order (FO) - has Load Planning status set to Finalized.
  • TOR_LDAP_REQ PPF action is not executed and does not appear in the Execution tab for the Freight Document.
  • In SXI_MONITOR or SRT_MONI, no XML is generated. You expected to see TransportationOrderLoadingAppointmentRequest_Out XML.
  • TransportationOrderLoadingAppointmentRequest_Out message is not sent from TM side to EWM side.
