2615112 - User is unable to select the Offer Approval Templates - Recruiting

When creating an Offer Approval, there is no option to select Offer Approval Template.

• "Select"/"Select a template" is not available.
• Some of the Offer Approval Templates do not appear in the drop-down list.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Go to Recruiting tab.
2. Open a Job Requisition and a Candidate's Application.
3. Click on Take Action → Offer Approval
4. Try to select an Offer Approval template, but the dropdown menu is not clickable, and no templates can be selectable from the list.

There are a few possible causes. These are the ones we have identified so far:

1. The user is logged into the system with language, but this language is not enabled for Recruiting Management. (e.g.: the user is logged in as English UK, but this language is not enabled in Manage Recruiting Languages.)
2. The user does not have the role-based permission "Permission to Create Forms" to use certain Offer Approval Templates.

• For Cause 1: 
  
  There are 2 options :-
  
  Select another language to be logged into the system
  Enable the language in Manage Recruiting Languages.
  
  
• For Cause 2:
  
  Please refer to the KB article 2996668 - Offer approval templates are not available to grant necessary permissions to use the templates.
  
  If templates are still unavailable even the permission is granted, please refresh RBP manually via Provisioning > Company Settings > Refresh RBP Permission Configuration.
