2615224 - "226 Unexpected reply code" in PI File channel while File Modification Check is activated

You are using File Sender Channel to poll file from an FTP server.
You noticed that files are not getting polled successfully, while File Modification check is activated (i.e., non-zero value for "MSecs to Wait Before Modification Check").
Channel processing fails with error:

"226 Unexpected reply code".

While files can be polled successfully, once File Modification check is disabled (i.e., set 0 for "MSecs to Wait Before Modification Check").
Using any other FTP client tools, file can also be downloaded successfully.

You have already applied note 2462145, yet issue persists.
